Fantabulous Fruit Smoothie
-Any type of fruit: Berries, Melon, Bananas, Avocado, etc
-Ice
-Soy Milk (for all y’all vegans/veggies) or Regular Non-Fat Milk
Toss into the blender and blend! Use 2 parts ice and 1 part fruit for serving size. Add in some low-fat plain or vanilla frozen yogurt if you like for effect. Frozen fruits work and are always available on hand. Use your best discretion.
This is simple fast and smoothie-licious, just remember to take the time (5 Minutes) and you’re good to go.
